Rupp Arena- Lexington, KY – This one was over FAST! In what was an historic night with many all-time scoring records falling along the way, the Wildcats got in a last tune up prior to beginning regular season play against Stephen F. Austin Friday night at 7:00pm in Rupp. The Cats started 3 guards as well as Bam Adebayo and Derek Willis. Not that it mattered who started because everyone who played scored and scored at will. Lexington, KY – Both teams seemed to be very evenly matched throughout the hard fought game Saturday night at Commonwealth Stadium., But as time ticked off the clock and with 3 seconds left in the game, Rodrigo Blackenship kicked a 25 yard field goal as time expired to give the Bulldogs a 27-24 victory over the Wildcats. UConn vs Colorado

3-17-16 Des Moines, Iowa- Steve Triplett

The first game of the first session here in Des Moines had the UConn Huskies taking on the Colorado Buffalos. It was a very competitive first half with Colorado pulling ahead late in the half to take a 9 point lead into the locker room. UConn was led in scoring by Jalen Adams and Omar Calhoun both with 5 points. Colorado was led by Josh Scott with 13 points and Wesley Gordon who pulled down 6 rebounds.
