Kentucky State Police Trooper Ralph Lockard visited Menifee County High School on April 15th to demonstrate to the students the importance of seatbelt safety. Trooper Lockard brought a rollover simulator to help the students understand the need to “Buckle Up, Seatbelts Save Lives.”
